I have no idea why it's called this...except Grandma was Mormon (so am I for that matter) and this is her recipe. Here in Texas they call it cream gravy and serve it with biscuits or on top of chicken fried steak. Whatever you call it...it's good! Good with Grandma's Fricadillas

3 | c. | cool Milk |
Salt and Pepper |
