1 | 2 lb bag | Frozen hashbrowns (chunky type - not the grated kind) |
2 | cans | Cream of chicken soup |
2 | C | Grated cheddar cheese |
1 | pint | Sour cream |
Small onion, chopped | ||
1/2 | C | Butter, melted |
Crushed cracker crumbs |
Mix all of the above ingredients with 1/2 of the butter. Put into baking dish. Mix remaining butter and cracker crumbs until crumbly and sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
