3/4 | Cup | Yellow corn meal |
1/2 | Tsp. | Baking powder |
4 | Tbsp. | Margarine, melted |
1/2 | Tsp. | Salt |
2 | Eggs | Beaten |
1 | Cup | Cheddar cheese, grated |
Mix the first 7 ingredients and pour half the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with half the cheese. Pour rest of mixture into a dish and top with rest of cheese. Bake at 350degrees for 45 minutes.
