Place the cucumbers, onions, and celery through a food grinder and measure. Mix the bell peppers and hot peppers together and process in the grinder. Mix all the vegetables together and let them stand overnight in the salt water. Drain well. Combine the vinegar, sweetener,water, mustard and celery seeds. Bring to a boil. Add the drained vegetables, and bring back to a boil. Simmer ten minutes. Seal in hot sterile jars.
