Sweet Red Cabbage

Red cabbage, finely chopped
1/2
Cup
Apple cider vinegar
1/4
Cup
Sugar
1/4
Cup
Currant jelly
2
Tbsps.
Butter
1
Tsp.
Salt
Fresh lemon juice
Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat over a medium-low heat and cook for one hour.
Taste and adjust seasonings. Stir in lemon juice for tartness.
