1 | 4 oz. can | Mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid) |
1 | 8 oz. can | sliced water chestnuts, drained |
2 | Tsp. | Minced onion |
1 1/2 | Tsp. | Salt |
1/4 | Tsp. | Garlic powder |
1 | 8 oz. carton | Unflavored yogurt |
Cook spinach as directed on package except use mushroom liquid and enough water to measure 1/2 cup. Drain well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, just until heated through.
