2 | Pkgs. | Frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained |
Preheat oven to 350degrees. In a 9" x 13" casserole dish, melt butter in oven. In a large bowl, beat eggs and add flour, milk, salt and baking powder. Mix well and add cheese and spinach. Pour into melted butter. Bake 35 minutes. Remove and wait about 45 minutes before cutting.
To reheat, bake at 350degrees for 30 minutes covered with foil.
