1 | Cup | Sharp cheddar cheese, grated |

Place potatoes, sour cream, green onions and 1/2 cup of the grated cheese into a buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole dish and mix well. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle of paprika. Place in refrigerator for 4-6 hours. 45 minutes before mealtime, place dish in a 325degrees and bake until done.
