6 or 7 | Medium | Potatoes, with jackets on |

1 | Can | Cream of Chicken soup |
2-3 | Green onions | Chopped |
1 | Cup | Sour cream |
1 | Cup | Wheaties, crushed |
Boil potatoes with jackets on until done. Peel and slice.
Layer in a 13x9x2" casserole as follows:
1st layer - Layer potatoes in bottom of buttered casserole dish.
2nd layer - Layer 1 cup of cheese over potatoes.
3rd layer - Layer 1 can of soup (undiluted).
4th layer - Sprinkle green onions on top of soup.
5th layer - Spread sour cream over onions.
6th layer - Layer 1 cup of cheese over sour cream.
7th layer - Sprinkle top with crushed wheaties.
Bake at 350degrees for 1 hour.
YIELD: 6-8 Servings
