1 | Clove | Garlic, crushed |
1/2 | Lb. | Mozzarella cheese, sliced |
Dip eggplant slices in mixture of water and egg. Sauté in oil. Cook beef and onion until golden. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Layer meat sauce, eggplant, and cheese in a two quart casserole ending with cheese. Bake at 350degrees for 40 minutes.
