1/4 | Cup | Bacon grease drippings |
2 | Cups | Zucchini, washed and thinly sliced |
1 | Whole | White onion, thinly sliced |
1/4 | Cup | Water |
1 | Clove | Garlic |
2 | Tbsp. | Soy Sauce |
Heat drippings in a skillet. Add the sliced zucchini, onion, garlic clove and 1/4 cup water. Stir, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove garlic and sprinkle the soy sauce over all and cook 5 more minutes. Serve while hot.
