Preheat oven to 375degrees. Clean and break cauliflower into florets and steam until crisp-tender. While the cauliflower is cooking, saute the garlic in the butter, add the remaining ingredients until just blended. Arrange the prepared cauliflower in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Add butter mixture and stir well. Sprinkle with 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 375degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
