Honey Beet Pickles

2 | Cups | Honey |
1 | Cups | Vinegar |
2 | | (1 inch) Sticks Cinnamon |
6 | | Whole Cloves |
- Fill jars with beets (whole or cut-up)
- Heat honey, vinegar, cinnamon and cloves. Bring
to a boil, but watch closely.
- Pour hot mixture over beets and seal.
- Put in hot water bath for 1 hour or in pressure canner 30 minutes at
10 pounds pressure.
- Juice enough for 5 pints of packed beets.
