Harvard Beets

1 | Can | Beets, drained |
1/2 | Cup | water |
1/2 | Tsp. | Salt |
1 | Tsp. | Caraway seeds |
3/4 | Cup | Vinegar |
2 | Tsps. | Dry mustard |
1/3 | Cup | Sugar |
1 | Medium | Onion, sliced |

Boil ingredients except the beets and onion for a few minutes, then add the beets and onion. Tastes even better if prepared a day ahead of time. Just reheat and serve.
