Snipped fresh Basil or 1/2 tsp. dried basil

Grated Orange Peel
Steam beans in a 2qt. saucepan until crisp-tender, drain. Do NOT
overcook. Transfer beans to platter; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Cover and keep warm.
Combine Mayonnaise and yogurt in small bowl; set aside.
Combine cream, snipped basil, water and orange peel in small non
aluminum saucepan. Cook uncovered until thickened (on med-low heat). Stir occasionally with rubber spatula.
Whisk cream mixture into mayonnaise mixture until smooth. Garnish
beans with orange slices and basil sprigs, if desired. Serve beans hot with orange cream mixture. Refrigerate leftovers.
