Quarter cabbage and pull loose leaves off. Rinse each quarter in cold water. Wrap bacon around each cabbage quarter. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Wrap in foil. When coals are gray, put cabbage on coals and keep turning until soft and tender. Can also be cooked on gas grill or in the oven.
