3-4 | boiled potatoes, peeled and cubed | |
1/4-1/2 | cup | milk |
1 | medium | onion, sautéd |
salt and pepper to taste | ||
1/8 | cup | flour |
Cooking Instructions:
Place potatoes in pan, add milk. Sauté onion and add. Add salt and pepper.
Mix 1/8 cup flour with enough milk to make a smooth gravy. Add to the
potatoes. Add chopped ham or any left over meat. Bacon bits, perhaps? Heat
and serve. Grated cheddar or swiss cheese may be added also.
Makes 4 - 6 servings.
