Garden Loaf

Preheat oven to 350degrees. Line an 8" x 4" loaf pan with foil; grease the foil. In a large bowl, stir together onion, celery, carrots, green pepper, walnuts, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and dillweed. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and eggs until smooth; stir mayonnaise mixture into vegetable mixture until well mixed. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool in pan for about 15 minutes, then invert loaf and remove foil. Place right side up on serving platter and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator; reheat before serving.
