1 | Cup | Mayonnaise |
2 | Eggs | Beaten |
1 | Medium | Onion, chopped |
1 | Cup | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/4 | Cup | Butter, melted |
1/2 | Pkg. | Pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix |
Salt & Pepper to taste |
Cook Broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Add to broccoli and pour mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and pour melted butter over cheese. Spread stuffing over entire casserole and bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
