1 | Cup | Canned tomatoes, chopped |

Red pepper to taste |
Saute onion and green pepper in bacon drippings until tender. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
