I have not tried this recipe, but was told it is out of this world. For all you adverturesome cooks out there, let me know if you agree!!
1/2 | Cup | Butter |
1/2 | Cup | Sugar |
1/4 | Cup | All-purpose flour |
2/3 | Cup | Evaported milk |
2 | Cans (15 oz. each) | Corn, drained |
1/4 | Cup | Suger (yes another one) |
1 | Tsp. | Cinnamon (more if you like) |
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a casserole dish. In a large saucepan, heat butter and 1/2 cup sugar until butter is melted. Mix in flour, then remove form heat. Whisk in evaporated milk, then mix in corn. Pour into a casserole dish. ~Here I threw a bunch of cinnamon on top and swirled in with a knife.~ Bake in oven for an hour. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon on top.
