1 | Head | Cauliflower, separated into equal size flowerets |
1 | Jar (26 oz.) | Chunky marinara sauce |
2 | Cups | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/4 | Cup | Parmesan cheese, shredded |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Scatter 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs over bottom of a 11x7x1 1/2" baking dish. Place half the cauliflower on top. Pour 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce over cauliflower. Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella cheese and remaining 2 tablespoons bread crumbs over sauce. Repeat layering; ending with mozarella. Cover with foil. Bake in oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Sprinkle top with parmesan. Bake another 15 minutes or until parmesan is melted and golden. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
