Carol's Potatoes

- Peel and cook 8 medium potatoes until tender. Drain well and mash
with no additions.
- After mashed well add 1 1/3 cups cottage cheese (low fat is fine),
1/3 cup of minced onions, 1/3 cup of sour cream and milk and butter
added to make mixture moist.
- Place mixture in 2 quart greased casserole dish and dot with butter
or margarine. You may also sprinkle with slivered almonds.
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes uncovered. You may speed up heating by
cooking in microwave on high for 15 minutes.
