14 | oz | Frozen broccoli spears (or equivalent fresh) |
2 | Eggs (or equivalent egg beaters) | |
1 | C | Cottage cheese |
1 | tsp | Minced onion |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
1/2 | tsp | Pepper |
1 | tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1-2 | tbsp | Grated cheddar cheese |
1/4 | C | Melted butter or margarine |
1/4 | C | Bread crumbs |
Serves 4-6
