Asparagus or Broccoli Ritz

cans
asparagus spears or chunks

cans
cream of mushroom soup

hard boiled eggs (recipe calls for these..I dont use them)

cheddar cheese, grated
1
can
fried onion rings

tbsp
milk or asparagus liquid
1/2
cup
Ritz crackers, crushed
Heat soup, add milk or asparagus liquid, and cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Put crushed crackers on bottom of casserole.
Layer asparagus, sliced egg, mushroom soup mixture and onion rings. You may need to use 2-3 tsp. more asparagus liquid to thin soup mixture down.
Top with cheddar cheese and some of the crumbled Ritz crackers.
Bake 30 min at 350° F.
