Grated peel of one tangerine | ||

1 1/2 | Lbs. | Broccoli spears, cooked & drained |
In a small non-stick skillet over low heat, cook and stir onion and ginger in margarine until onion is very tender. Stir in yogurt, tangerine peel and segments. Cook and stir over low heat until heated through. DO NOT BOIL!
Serve sauce over hot cooked broccoli. Garnish with additional grated tangerine peel, if desired.
