2 | Eggs | Well beaten |
1 1/2 | Tsps. | Baking powder |
2 | Tbsps. | Butter, melted |
1 | Small | Onion, minced |
Boil squash in water until tender. Drain and mash thoroughly. Add seasonings, onion, flour, milk and beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly and add baking powder; mix well.
Pour into a well buttered baking dish. Spread butter over top and bake at 350degrees until browned. Cheese may be grated over top.
