Cut up cabbage, green pepper, onion, celery and pimentos. Put in a pan and cover with water. Salt to taste and cook until tender. Drain. Place in a casserole dish and set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and milk. Cook until slightly thickened. Add cheese and stir well. Pour cheese mixture over cabbage mixture. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 325degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
