2/3 | Cup | Bread crumbs |

1/4 | Cup | Milk |
Colavita or a good extra virgin olive oil for frying |
Parboil cauliflower in a large amount of water (do not overcoook).
Mix bread crumbs, grated cheese, salt and pepper; set aside. Combine eggs and milk. Coat floweretes with egg mixture and then roll in crumb mixture. Fry in a single layer 2-4 minutes or until golden brown turning occasionally. Drain, remove to absorbent paper. Continue to fry until all floweretes are browned.
