1/2 | Cup | Chopped Shrimp |
2 | Green onions, chopped fine | |
10 | Slices | Water Chestnuts, chopped fine |
1/2 | Pkg | Frozen Won Ton wrappers |
Soup: | ||
3 | Cans | Chicken Broth |
5 | Handfulls | Spinach |
1 | small | Leak, chopped in bite pieces |
2 | Portabella Mushrooms |
Put small spoonful of meat mixture in centre of won ton wrappers. Fold one point won ton wrapper over the meat mixture to meet the opposite side.Slightly wet these points and it will stick together. The two pointed sides left and right are given a twist.
Let soup simmer for about 20 minutes, then add the uncooked Won Tons.
Let cook until
Won Tons are done - about 10 minutes.
