1/4 | cup | Peeled, sliced cucumber |
Pepper, sprinkle | ||
2 | tbsp. | Grated carrot |
1/4 | cup | Alfalfa sprouts or bean sprouts |
2 | Lettuce leaves | |
1 | tsp. | Light salad dressing (or mayonnaise) |
Spread second bread slice with salad dressing and place over top.
Cut sandwhich in half diagonally.
