6 1/2 | oz. can | tuna, drained and flaked |
1/3 | cup | grated apple, peeled |
1/4 | cup | finely chopped celery |
1 | tsp. | sweet pickle relish |
1/4 | tsp. | onion powder |
1/4 | cup | light salad dressing (or mayonnaise) |
1/8 | tsp. | salt |
18 | slices | dark bread |
2/3 | cup | margarine |
24 | pimiento-stuffed olive slices, for garnish |
Cut four 1 1/2 inch circles from each bread slice.
Spread margarine and filling between layers to make 3-tiered sandwiches.
Garnish with olive slices.
Makes 24.
