Tuna Curry Sandwich

If you want variety, substitute tuna with flaked cooked white fish or
opt for chopped shrimp or flaked crab.
1 | can (12-1/2 oz) | Water-packed albacore tuna, drained
and flaked |
1/2 | cup | Onions, chopped |
1/4 | cup | Mayonnaise (low-fat) |
2 | tsp | Dijon mustard |
1 | tsp | Curry powder |
2 | small | Bananas, sliced |
8 | slices | Bread |
8 | | Cumcumber slices |
- In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, onions, mayonnaise, mustard
and curry powder. Fold in the bananas.
- Spread the mixture on 4 slices of the bread. top with the cucumbers
and the remaining 4 slices bread.
- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
