It's a kind of Thai style soup. It's my foreign friends' favorite.
1 | pkg | Tom Kar Kai paste (you can get it from an oriental grocery store) |
1 | can | Coconut milk |
1 | lb | Chicken boneless breast |
1 | C | Baby corn |
1 | C | Bell pepper (cut into small pieces) |
Lime juice | ||
Fish sauce | ||
Sugar |
Mix Tom Kar Kai paste with coconut milk and bring to boil. Add chicken and stir well. Wait until the chicken is partly cooked, add 1 cup of water. Bring the soup to boil before combining baby corn and pepper. Add lime juice, fish sauce and sugar to a desired taste.
