Southern Muffuletta

Combine olives and Italian dressing in food processor and chop finely.
Slice rolls; spread about 2/3 of the olive mixture on bottom half of the rolls.  Add a layer of lettuce to each, then layer slices of pastrami, ham and cheese.  Top with thinly sliced red onion.  Top with remaining olive mixture and top half of roll.  Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill until serving.
