Ski Chowder

Great in the winter. I serve it with apples and grated cheese and garlic toast. It's a large recipe designed to feed 12 people. Freeze remainder if desired and reheat. Great!!!

  • Brown hamburger and sausage. Drain well. Add seasonings and rest of ingredients. Add water to suit preference, using a large kettle. Heat to boil and simmer for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
