cooked medium shrimp |
2 | cups | finely shredded red or green cabbage |

shredded carrots |
1/4 | cup | sliced green onions |
1/2 | cup |
cashew pieces |
1/2 | cup |
mayonnaise |
1/4 | cup |
lemon juice |
1/4 | teaspoon |
pepper |
Coarsely chop shrimp and combine in a medium bowl with cabbage, carrots,
onions and cashews. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and
pepper and blend well. Add to shrimp mixture and mix gently to blend.
Cover tightly and refrigerate.
