Seattle Sandwich

Cream cheese, softened

Mayonnaise or salad dressing

Lemon juice

Capers, drained

Sourdough or French bread

Cooked smoked salmon

slices
Tomato
Leaf lettuce

Red onion
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice; add capers. Cut loaf horizontally in half.
Spread cut sides with cream cheese mixture. Arrange salmon on bottom half. Top with top half.
Carefully slide loaf into baking sleeve. (If necessary, open seam of sleeve about 1 inch on either end.)
Wrap and fold sleeve and microwave 11/2 to 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and sleeve and let stand for 2 minutes.
Remove top half of loaf; place tomato, lettuce and onion on salmon. Replace top half.
Makes 2 servings.
