DILLY WILD RICE
CRABWICH RECIPE

12 | oz. | Imitation Crabmeat, shredded |
1 | cup | Cheese, shredded |
1 | tsp. | dried dill |
1 | cup | cooked rice |
3 | oz. | cream cheese, softened |
1/2 | tsp. | garlic powder |
6 | drops | hot sauce |
10 | slices | French bread, cut in 1/2" slices |
butter or margarine | ||
Mix first seven ingredients. Set aside.
Butter bread slices. Spread crab mixture on unbuttered side of 5 bread
slices.
Make a sandwich by topping each with 2nd piece of french bread,
buttered side out.
Grill until warmed through and browned, about 6
minutes each side. Makes 5 sandwiches.
