1/4 | tsp. | Cloves |
1/4 | lb. | Applesauce |
1 1/4 | lb. | Butter |
2 1/2 | tsp. | Nutmeg |
3 | qt. | Chicken Stock |
2 1/2 | tsp. | Ginger |
1 1/2 | c. | Brown Sugar |
2 | qt. | Light Cream |
- Cook all ingredients except Cream until smooth and hot--simmer 15
