Pumpkin Bisque Soup

Source:  

Melt butter in large saucepan; saute mushrooms and shallots until tender. Stir in pumpkin and broth. Add salt, pepper and coriander; stir until smooth. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. To serve, garnish with chives and sour cream.
