1/2 | cup | tomato sauce |
1 | cup | chopped pepperoni |
1 | tbsp. | finely chopped onion |
1 | tbsp. | grated Parmesan cheese |
1/2 | cup | grated part-skim mozzarella cheese |
12 oz. | refrigerator flaky rolls (10 per tube) |
Separate rolls into 20 pieces. Place 1 piece of dough into bottom of each of 10 greased muffin cups. Push down with finger to form shell (if dough sticks to your finger, coat finger with flour). Spoon pepperoni mixture into shells. Flatten remaining 10 roll pieces slightly and place over pepperoni mixture. Push edges down slightly to seal. Bake in 350º oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
