2 | tbsp. | peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) |
2 | slices | white (or whole wheat) bread |
2 | dill pickles, cut in half lengthwise |
Lay pickle halves on paper towel for 1 to 2 minutes to soak up juice.
Lay pickle halves on top of peanut butter.
Place second slice of bread over pickle. Cut in half.
Makes 1.
