2 | slices | large red onions, thinly sliced |
2 | slices | large tomato |
2 | slices | lowfat Swiss cheese |
2 | slices | fat-free american cheese |
several slices of green leaf lettuce | ||
nonfat mayonnaise dressing |
Spread avocado on a slice of squaw bread; top with bakon bits, sprouts,
red
onion slices, tomato slices, cheeses and lettuce. Spread mayo on top
piece
of squaw bread and top sandwich.
(May add several slices of sliced low-fat turkey or ham.)
