1 | loaf | French bread, sliced in half length-wise |
1 | container (8 oz) | Cream cheese with pineapple |
4 | oz | Sliced Swiss cheese |
1 | lb | Thinly sliced boiled ham |
1 | med jar | Sweet pickles |
Spread bottom half of bread with cream cheese spread. Pile on all ingredients. Place top of bread on sandwich. Slice into 6-8 sandwiches.
Serve with chips and fruit.
