From the Kitchen of: Pepper

6 | egg roll wrappers | |
3 | oz. | cream cheese, softened |
1/2 | cup | confectioners' sugar |
1 | mango, peeled and chopped | |
1 | cup | whole-berry cranberry sauce |
1/2 | cup | coarsely chopped walnuts |
2 | tbsp. | butter |
Cinnamon and sugar, mixed, to taste |
Combine cream cheese and sugar; spread mixture evenly among egg roll wrappers. Spread each wrapper with cranberry sauce, dividing evenly.
Top with mango. Fold in sides and wrap.
Over medium heat, melt butter in a large skillet.
Place wraps in skillet and saute, turning once until softened and slightly browned.
Remove from skillet and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
