1/2 to 1 | pkg. | Bacon, cut up |
1 | Medium onion, cut up | |
5 | large carrots, cut up | |
6 | stalks | Celery, cut up |
5 to 6 | Medium potatoes, cut up | |
2 | cans | Baby clams, with juice |
2 | cans | Tomato soup |
1 | large can | Tomatoes |
1 | tsp. | Thyme |
1 | tsp. | Oregano |
2 | tsp. | Parsley flakes |
2 1/2 | cups | Water |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Add tomato soup, tomatoes and water. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add clams and spices; simmer, bubbling, for 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
Enjoy! It's better the second day.
