1/4 | cup | margarine |
1/3 | cup | Light salad dressing (or mayonnaise) |
2 | tbsp | Prepared mustard |
4 | Part-skim mozzarella cheese slices | |
4 | Swiss cheese slices | |
4 | Cooked ham slices | |
4 | Salami slices | |
4 | Pimiento loaf slices | |
4 | Macaroni loaf slices | |
8 | Green, red or yellow pepper rings | |
8 | Curly lettuce leaves |
Mini Munch:
Cut individual Italian loaf into 4 slices, cutting to but not through bottom. Spread margarine, salad dressing and mustard on all cut sides as desired. Insert above fillings as desired. Wrap in plastic wrap or waxed paper for a great hold-in-both-hands sandwich. Makes 1.
