Spoon yogurt onto several layers of paper towels. Spread
yogurt evenly to 1/2 inch thickness. Cover yogurt with more
paper towels. Let stand 5 minutes.
With rubber spatula, scoop yogurt into medium bowl. Add
salmon and next 7 ingredients. Cover and chill.
Spread on bread that has crusts removed.
Garnish with bits of parsley, green or black olive slices,
pimento, etc.
