1/2 | C | Chopped pistachios |
1/2 | C | Chopped Kalamata olives |
1 | tbsp | Chopped garlic |
1 | tsp | Cinnamon |
1 | tsp | Allspice |
1 | tsp | Nutmeg |
1 | tsp | Fresh ground pepper |
1/2 | C | Feta cheese crumbles |
2 | Whole eggs | |
1 | tbsp | Kosher salt |
1/4 | C | Minced cilantro |
1/4 | C | Grappa |
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Lay out 2 sheets of filo, cut in 1/2 lengthwise. Brush filo with olive oil. Place 1/2 cup lamb mixure on end of filo. Fold up like a flag in triangle folds. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes, at 350 degrees.
